This Privacy Policy clarifies the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider on the website www.psychodynamicbioenergetics.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

We host the content of our website with MENA Studio (Fernando Mena) in Poland. When you visit our website, MENA Studio collects various log files, including your IP addresses. The use of MENA Studio is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is displayed as reliably as possible. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 25(1) of the TTDSG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Server Logs

Description and Scope of Data Processing

Our website contains a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of this possibility, the data entered in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored. This data includes:

At the time the message is sent, the following data is also stored:

We will delete your data as soon as it is no longer necessary for the respective purpose. This is generally the case once your inquiry has been fully resolved and there are no legal retention requirements (e.g., tax or commercial law regulations) that prevent us from doing so.

Purpose of Data Processing

The processing of personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the contact. In the case of contact by email, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data.

The other personal data processed during the submission process serves to prevent abuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

Duration of Storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant matter has been conclusively clarified.

The additional personal data collected during the submission process is deleted after a period of 7 days at the latest.


6. Google Analytics

Description and Scope of Data Processing

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: “Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website.
