Małgosia Krasuska is a certified psychologist and psychotherapist. She used to be a flight attendant, but after having children, she followed her passion for psychology. Inspired by a comment by the successful Polish ski jumper Adam Małysz about a sports psychologist, she discovered her calling and began working with young athletes. Since 2009, Małgosia has supported many tennis players, rowers and equestrians. Over time, however, she realized that athletes face universal human struggles, which led her to explore methods like TRE® and Bioenergetic Analysis (IIBA training in 2015). Today, she works in a psychiatric hospital and runs a private body-psychotherapeutic practice in Warsaw/Poland.
In our editorial team, Małgosia serves as an editor for the Polish translation of the book.
